EXPERIENCE HEALING

Christian Science has been successfully practiced as a non invasive and effective preventative and curative treatment for over a century. It has been proven through thousands of published accounts of healing to have permanently cured even the most chronic health challenges.

This healing methodology is rooted and grounded in the Bible and draws on the life and work of Christ Jesus. Through his healing ministry, he proved that at any time and in any place, anyone can be readily and permanently healed by recognizing their true, spiritual nature as God’s child. Time and again, he looked beyond the surface picture of things- from the gravest of illness to the deepest sin – to see mankind’s innate and God given beauty, health and goodness. Studying his remarkable and consistent healings, Christian Science sees these acts as natural and repeatable for all time. He taught his followers that “He that believes in me will do the works that I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these…” (John 14:12) and they did! And in Christian Science, this type of specific, prayer based healing still continues today. These healings are natural, repeatable and permanent because they are the result of divine, spiritual laws that govern all mankind. Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy explains these divine laws that Christ Jesus practiced and shows, in methodical detail, how to apply these laws as consistently and fully as he did.

In this book, Eddy details how gaining a deeper understanding of God and of man, as His image and likeness, will bring about great and lasting changes in our lives. Dropping a picture of mankind as material, limited, sinning or fragile, and seeing everyone as linked to God, good, like a ray of light to the sun, she proved that a change in the way we view ourselves, can yield permanent healing transformation in every one of us.
